2010
Founding
REFCON ARABIA LLC is established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, entering the industrial plant maintenance sector at the dawn of the region's manufacturing boom.
2011
First Major Contract
Secured its first large-scale refractory installation project in the Eastern Province: a greenfield project covering 2,000 MT of refractory bricks, castables, gunning, and scaffolding services.
2013
Mechanical Division Launch
Expanded capabilities to include critical equipment overhauls, duct fabrication, and structural erection for the cement, steel, and oil & gas sectors.
2014
Middle East Coverage Increases
Expanded regional coverage by serving new cement and petrochemical clients in Qatar and Kuwait.
2015
100+ Workforce Milestone
The team grew beyond 100 skilled technicians and engineers. Dedicated training programmes were established for safety, refractory techniques, and mechanical systems.
2019
100+ Combined Projects
REFCON passed the milestone of 100 completed refractory and mechanical projects across its markets.
2021
Dubai Expansion
REFCON Technical Services LLC was established in Business Bay, Dubai, extending 24/7 support across the UAE and the broader GCC region.
2022
200,000 MT of Refractories Installed
Reached 200,000 MT of refractory material installed across the Middle East and Asia, serving cement, iron & steel, petrochemical, and non-ferrous metal industries.
2023
400+ Team Members
The workforce surpassed 400 skilled professionals and completed more than 25,000 cumulative training hours, strengthening REFCON's position in the Middle East refractory market.
2025
Jubail: A New Chapter Begins
Industry veteran Mr. Benson Stanley joined REFCON at the helm. Following registrations with major clients including Aramco, SABIC, Hadeed, Maaden, Sadara, Tasnee, and ArcelorMittal, REFCON opened a yard and operational office in Al Jubail.

Refractory installation
Refractory
REFCON designs, supplies, installs, repairs, and dries out refractory systems for kilns, furnaces, heaters, and process equipment. Our teams manage the full work scope, from engineering and demolition to installation, controlled heating, and final inspection.

Insulation
